Owners vow legal fight to overturn obscenity law

Local governments are throwing buckets of cold water on area adult entertainment stores, arguing the sex videos and novelty items they sell violate zoning ordinances and state law.
The latest battle took place Aug. 13 at the Marietta City Council when it voted unanimously to revoke the business licenses of two Inserection stores and one Starship Enterprises outlet. Read more »
