Three days after an adult entertainment club in Bibb County went fully nude, county leaders are still deciding how to deal with the situation.

Club Exotica attorneys came to the courthouse too quickly, a federal judge said this week, and need to ask Bibb County if the club can offer nude dancing before the court can be involved.
If the county denies the club’s request, then it can seek federal intervention, U.S. District Court Judge Ashley Royal wrote in an order dated Monday. That order denies the club’s request for the court to sign off on nude dancing and alcohol sales at the Emery Highway location, where it currently serves drinks and advertises bikini dancing.
