John Cornetta, the owner of the Love Shack chain of adult stores, told AVN.com Friday that his obscenity trial would commence on Jan. 4 in Gwinnett County.
Cornetta plead “not guilty” in September to an alleged violation of the Georgia state obscenity code 16-12-80 for selling videos the county deemed to be “obscene.” Read more »
