Love Shack John’s Creek Update

   Today, The Love Shack has opened its doors for business at its newest location at the corner of States Bridge and Jones Bridge Road in Johns Creek. The address of this location is 10950 State Bridge Road.

   This 10,000 square foot facility is the largest of its kind in Georgia and perhaps the country.

   While our legal proceedings continue in Federal Court, the Love Shack has decided to open using its Occupancy Permit and in full compliance with Fulton County Codes and will not have more then 25% of its stock in trade being of an adult nature.

   Although at this time this location does not have a business license, the company is following all Fulton County guidelines including the guidelines covering business licenses. See Code §§ 18-34(a)(“[a]ny new business or practitioner shall apply and register for a new certificate within 30 days after the commencement of business.”

   The Love Shack will continue its legal fight with Fulton County for damages and other relief that the courts may find necessary and will, if necessary, add the newly formed city of Johns Creek as an additional defendant when that city takes over.
